Tu peux focaliser tes exercices sur les fessiers uniquement si tu le souhaites!!!et prendre une proteine pour la construction et récupération musculaire.Le fait de prendre de la proteine ne te fera pas forcément grossir ou prendre de la masse.Tout dépendra de ton alimentation. Si tu veux avoir un plus gros fessiers, va te falloir faire les exercices adéquat pour cibler les fesses et avec du poids bien sur.Tu peux prendre une proteine (whey ou isolat) si tu le souhaites!c'est un plus...

Surtout pour dire du grand n'importe quoi et juste aider à créer des déséquilibres, Youpi ! 

On ne le répète jamais assez, la protéine en poudre peut facilement se remplacer par l'alimentation et personne n'en a besoin avant d'atteindre un certain niveau, encore plus quand on débute.

Travailler seulement quelques parties du corps va être rapidement handicapant, donc ce n'est absolument pas à faire.

Je ne vois pas en quoi ca vous pose probléme !!

on est sur un forum pour parler de musculation.

@colorado Au moins lui a le courage de mettre une photo plutôt que de ne pas avoir d'avatar, de se planquer derrière son écran, vautré sur un canapé et de critiquer. Et puis t'es une sacrée victime aussi, pour venir sur un forum, t'inscrire juste écrire ce genre de vannes, ta vie est tellement nulle que tu as besoin de ça pour te sentir vivant? Typique du rejeté par tout le monde, faut bien trouver du réconfort là où tu peux...
