Bonjour, je veux un programme de musculation ect après repos de 6 ans.

Je suis encien joueur pro  

Objectif  :   maintenue une bonne condition phisique .

J'ai déjà une semain je travail 3 séance sercuit  :  charge 20 klg 

2 exercise par muscle  charge 20 * 20repitition *3série et un jour de repo entre les séance
