Bonjour! Je suis débutant en musculation et je recherchais comment créer son propre workout de prise de masse. Je pèse 50kl et mesure 165cm. J’aimerais savoir comment l’organiser et quels exercices choisir pour qu’il soit équilibré et que je gagne le plus de masse possible.  Merci!
