J'ai des doutes sur mon programme de street workout, j'aimerais que vous partagiez vos avis et expériences avec moi

Je m'entraine 3 fois par semaine, séance full body 45 minutes :

Abdos : 15 excercices

Haut du corps : (pull up / dip / bodyrow / push up) 3 séries

Bas du corps : (squat / fente / pont /talons) 3 séries

Est ce que c'est trop ou assez ?
