Bonjour, j'espère que vous allez bien Je suis un homme de 38 ans, et je fais 62 kilos pour 1m80. Je ne connais pas vraiment mon poids de forme comme j'ai été gravement malade très tôt (anorexie de 15 à 30 ans), mais je me rappelle que je faisais déjà ce poids et cette taille à 15 ans. La maladie a évidemment stoppé mon développement, et a anéanti tous mes muscles (j'avais une bonne carrure avant dont j'étais assez fier, mais je n'ai plus rien maintenant..) Je vois une nutritionniste depuis plus de cinq mois (augmentation des apports avec une augmentation des portions dans les repas, et mise en place de collations), mais je ne prends rien du tout. Je précise que je ne mange pas n'importe comment (pizzas ou fast food), car je n'ai jamais attiré par cette nourriture. En général, je prend des féculents lors des repas (pâtes, blé, riz, taboulet, etc.) avec de la viande ou poisson, et un skyr avec de la confiture en dessert. Le matin, c'est fruit (banane), yaourt au riz, pain avec blanc de dinde et fromage, et du jus de pruneaux pour le transit (difficultés à aller aux toilettes depuis l'augmentation des apports nutritionnels) Niveau collations, je prends une barre protéiné vers 17h, et du pain avec du chocolat + confiture + des fruits secs (amandes et noix de cajou) juste avant le couché. J'ai des assez bons abdos, mais niveau épaules et pectoraux ce n'est pas génial 🫤 Je fais du renforcement musculaire, mais pas avec de trop grosses charges (risques de blessures). Mon envie n'est pas de ressembler à un bodybuilder, mais juste d'avoir une belle silhouette que j'avais auparavant (j'ai été gravement malade, et j'ai perdu un bon paquet de muscles). Bonjour à tous, Jeune papa, j'ai choisi d'adapter mes horaires de boulot pour me permettre d'aller à l'entraînement de 12 h à 14 h, pour pouvoir être pleinement disponible le soir. J'ai donc pris l'habitude d'aller à la salle à midi, de faire 1h-1h15 de séance, de prendre ma douche, puis de manger, rapidement, mais le plus posément possible quand même pour bien digérer, avant de reprendre le boulot. En ce moment, je suis à la sixième semaine sur 12 d'un programme de prise de masse. Jusque maintenant, je ne prenais que de la whey, en fin d'après-midi en rentrant à la maison, et le matin a petit-déjeuner. J'aimerais passer à un lean gainer (parce que je prends du gras au moins aussi facilement que du muscle), mais je me demandais : quel est le moment idéal pour le prendre ? Si je le prends tout de suite après l'entraînement, ça ne fait pas beaucoup avec le repas qui suit ? Ou alors, il faudrait que je décale mon déjeuner ? Ou que je le prenne avant la séance ?
