Bonjour je commence dans la musculation (fin j’essaye) et lors de mes séries au squat sumo j’ai très mal au psoas ( que du côté gauche) lorsque je prend un poid. Exactement à l’endroit où l’os de ma hanche touche le haut de ma cuisse quand je squat. C’est comme si un file tendu aller craquer. Hors quand je fais des squats normaux je n’ai pas mal. Savez vous pourquoi j’ai mal en squatte sumo ?

Cela peut-être pour beaucoup de raisons différentes. Ce qui est sûr, c'est qu'on doit toujours adapter nos exercices a notre corps et morphologie. Certains exercices ne te conviendront pas. Ce n'est pas parce qu'on t'as dis que le squat sumo est un super exercice qu'il faut absolument le faire. Écoute ton corps au maximum 😁

le sumo utilise plus la chaine postérieure et l'extension de hanche en général. Je te conseille de changer de variante pendant 2-3 semaine pour eviter l'usure (travailler trop le meme angle articulaire), n'hesite à faire du back squat classique ou du front squat (si tu as des soucis au niveau du dos ou des genoux, je te conseille d'investir dans une ceinture de musculation, des genouillères, etc...)
