je dois concevoir un programme hypertrophie de deux mois à un intermédiaire. A raison de 3 jours par semaine lundi mercredi vendredi 

1 mois

L M V full body 3x12 3 mins de repos 70%

L M V full body 3x12 2 mins de repos 75

L M V full body 3x12 1 mins de repos 80

L M V full body 3x12 1 mins de repos 80%

2 eme mois 

L M V ago/antago 4 x 10 rm 

L M V Post fatigue 4 x 10 rm 

L M V pre fatigué 4 x 10 rm 

L M V super lente 4 x 10 rm
